ADPT 103 - Business Financials

Course Description:
This Business Financials online module teaches non-business students how to read and understand financial statements in the format presented by large public companies, as well as how to prepare simple financial statements for small businesses. It combines lecture, interactive discussion and exercises.

Learning Objectives:
- Read and understand financial statements including cash flow statements, balance sheets and income statements
- Understand debits and credits
- Prepare a simple financial statement
- Recognize different types of businesses
