ADPT 108 - Communication Styles

Course Description:
Communication is routinely identified as one of the most important skills in today’s workplace. In this online module we will identify four primary styles of communication, and then work through the process of identifying these styles in yourself and others, as well as how to communicate among the different styles.

Learning Objectives:
- Know your communication style
- Identify the conversation style of the person you are talking to/working with
- Adapt your conversation to suit theirs
