LIBR 351 - Public Libraries Course Description: Learners are introduced to the public library. Governance structures, roles and responsibilities, management, services and resources provision, planning library services and current trends affecting the public library will be explored. With this knowledge, learners may consider this course as a vehicle for a career choice and direction.
