LEGL 360 - Family Law

Course Description:
As a legal assistant, you may work in the area of family law, assisting clients who are dealing with separation, divorce, custody, and access issues. In this course, you will study the law and procedures relating to family law matters, including divorce actions, family law chambers applications, and matrimonial property actions. You will also complete mock files and applications in conformity with the Alberta Rules of Court and Practice Directives.
