LIBR 305 - Library Technology Customer Service Course Description: All library staff members use technology for job-related purposes. Staff should be able to diagnose and solve common computer problems in the library setting, and instruct users in their library’s technology offerings. In addition, library personnel should be proficient in communicating with technical support staff.
