Course Description:
As an HR professional, the ability to use technology at an advanced level and capture your audience’s attention with effective communication skills is critical. Technical Skills for HR Professionals will enhance your Microsoft Office application and presentation skills while evaluating various sources of data. Basic budgeting, concepts of planned change and technical writing skills will be covered. Developing engaging and relevant HR reports and presentations will add the final components in developing your HR technical skills.
