PHYF 401 - Facilities

Course Description:
The location, design and functionality of space, equipment and infrastructure impact a business even before the doors open. This course will guide students through an analysis of these elements and involve them in making decisions throughout planning and maintenance phases in order to both enhance the guest experience and maintain the asset’s efficiency and value.
