FSAN 207 - Food Handling and Safety Course Description: This course covers aspects of food sanitation, hygiene and safety as it applies to meat preparation and cooking. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared to sit the exam for the Alberta Health Services Food Sanitation and Hygiene Certificate. This course also includes First Aid training.
