GEOG 250 - Destination Studies II
Course Description: The course is a study of Latin American and Caribbean destinations and their major tourist attractions. Investigative skills will be developed through the identification of a country`s location in the world, examination of its historical relevance, and the correlation of tourist activities available. The course also emphasizes how cultural factors are critical to the attractiveness of a tourist destination.
