Course Description:
In RT Practicum 3, patient management skills and clinical competency are modeled in this hands-on clinical practicum where learners use their knowledge, skills and attitudes to manage real-life situations to a competent level, under the guidance of a preceptor. Learners are expected to demonstrate professionalism, effective communication and critical-thinking skills in all practice areas. Focus is also placed on reflective practice and continuous self-improvement.
