MNGT 4010 - Change Management

Course Description:
In this course, you will explore various aspects of change management that impact organizational activities at the individual, team and organizational levels, as well as the wide range of approaches that can be used to navigate and effectively manage change situations in the workplace. Topics include dynamics of change in organizations; process of change and action plans; managing resistance; communicating and promoting the change; and leading the change. The focus is on the practical implications of this knowledge for the practitioner and change agent.
