INSP 210 - Radiography Level I

Course Description:
This course provides a basic foundation to Industrial Radiography for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Learners cover the physical principles of penetrating radiation, sources, detection, process and weld interpretation. They also focus on practical applications and theory for Level 1 CGSB certification. Radiation safety with x-ray tubes, required by the Alberta Government codes, is also covered.
