HRMT 350 - Human Resource Information Management Course Description: In this course, you will explore different approaches for using an electronic human resource strategy (e-HR) and related information to improve the information flow both within the human resource department, and across organizational boundaries. Topics include human resource management in the digital age; collaboration and learning; and tools, trends and technologies for improving e-HR strategies to deliver core HR services and manage people more effectively. The focus of this course is on the practical implications of this knowledge for the HR specialist.
