MGMT 404 - Managing Business Operations I Course Description: In any culinary enterprise specific processes need to be identified and implemented in order to be prepared for customers and customer interaction. This course introduces students to the processes, standards and procedures required to open and close an operation on a daily basis, control inventory, monitor and control costs and manage risk.
