MKTG 250 - Service Marketing and Sales Course Description: This course provides an introduction to the experience economy, as well as the marketing principles and sales techniques applied to the tourism and hospitality industry. Topics include tourism distribution channels, technology disruption, collaborative experience marketing and understanding consumer behaviour. Communication tools and strategies that support branding efforts will be examined, including media relations, social media strategy and stakeholder relations.
