Course Description: Practice Management provides an overview of dental office procedures and management skills with focus placed on assisting learners in developing skills required to be contributing members of a team. Topics will include conflict management, problem solving, decision making, developing patient/client relations, leadership and legal and ethical issues in the dental workplace.
