HLAW 325 - Travel and Tourism Law


Course Description:
This course provides agents or managers in the tourism industry the basics for navigating the legal framework in the travel and tourism industry. You will learn about issues related to business and resource management and the government’s role in regulating the industry. This course provides students with the necessary background in how to manage the legal risks in all aspects of the travel industry. You will also discuss the importance of leadership and focus on strategic decisions about business operation including employment, safety and security issues, and political concerns in the international travel sphere.
