PROJ 304 - Project Preparation


Course Description:
Successful projects require teams to work closely with project stakeholders, plan purposefully, solve problems efficiently, and execute according to plan. This introductory course focuses on fundamental principles of project management in team environments. Students will examine basic project management practices that include initiating and defining the scope, planning, executing, and successfully completing a project that meets client expectations.
