Course Description:
Project management skills are an essential requirement as you prepare to enter today’s business environment. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of project management practices for projects of varying size and complexity. Using Microsoft Project software or other software as a tool, you will have the opportunity to create projects, monitor schedules, manage resources and track progress.
