This course is designed to equip learners with the basic communication skills to conduct themselves successfully in the modern workplace, with a focus on graphic communications environments. Communication in the workplace is the central concept, and by discovery, observation, and practice, learners will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills that employ questioning and listening techniques, as well as apply conflict resolution practices.
