CPSY 352 - IT Service Management

Course Description:
This course introduces the principles of business operations in the Information Technology (IT) field with emphasis on entrepreneurship, data-analytics, IT organizational structures, change processes, continuous improvement, and service management concepts. Students will also employ organizational effectiveness strategies within the context of a project team in a variety of business scenarios.
