MATH 302 - Applied Mathematics for Machinists - 3 Course Description: This course is designed for students who are pursuing a career as a Machinist Technician or similar field. You will learn to perform calculations to solve problems in trades-related applications using the Machinery’s Handbook. You will also learn to apply trigonometry concepts to calculate dimensions and fits, to design gauges and solve machining problems. Finally, you will learn the fundamentals of logic-based statements and arguments.
