ACCT 451 - Advanced Taxation

Course Description:
This course builds upon concepts from previous taxation courses to enable you to apply tax principles and concepts to complex tax situations. Among the topics covered in this course are corporate reorganizations; transfer of property between individuals, families, and corporations; purchase or disposal of a business; death of a taxpayer; partnerships; trusts; and other related topics.
