SPRO 255 - Professional Practice

Course Description:
Professional Practice introduces human relations and communication skills needed to work in the medical device reprocessing profession. Topics include teamwork, conflict resolution, customer service, problem solving and legal and ethical issues. This course is taken in conjunction with practicum.
