OPMT 400 - Supports and Regulations

Course Description:
Finance and law play a major role in the establishment of a business. In this course, students will learn the right questions to ask in relation to forming and running a business, and how and when to engage a team of professionals who provide support through their expertise. Additional topics include the municipal requirements, rules and regulations relating to a retail food business.
