HOTL 300 - Hotel Operations and Practicum II
Course Description: This course is an applied lab that will continue your learning of the various areas of hotel operations in guest relations, operations and food and beverage (F&B) previously introduced. This practicum consists of an orientation, and a rotation practicum working with a SAIT hotel industry partner. With practical experience in each division of the organization, you will learn how each department in hotel management impacts overall operations and have the opportunity through research and analysis to deliver recommendations to grow revenues or reduce costs.
