ENVS 229 - Environmental Law and Regulation

Description
This course in Environmental Law and Regulation is designed to provide the student with an enhanced awareness and understanding of the development of environmental law and the practical application of federal and provincial
environmental legislation. Emphasis will be placed on those laws that pertain to environmental activities in the Province of Alberta.
