LAND 212 - Mineral Lease Documentation

Description
This course introduces the student to a basic understanding of documentation associated with freehold leases, Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan Crown leases including special topics such as unitization, rentals, caveats, transfers, assignments and continuations.
