FDBS 305 - Food and Beverage Service
Description In the environment of the full service Highwood dining room, students will be involved in learning various service styles, such as American, French, Banquet and Buffet. Practical skills, such as table setting, mise en place, guest relations, and the operation of point-of-sale equipment are emphasized. Mixology and wine steward components are included in this course.
