PRAC 293 - Professional Internship - BPA Description This eight-week/320-hour internship is designed so students can practice their skills and develop an understanding of the industry. It is the student’s responsibility to locate a suitable practical placement, although the Program will provide support through the process. The chosen placement must have the prior approval of the Academic Chair. Students will work under the supervision oaf Journeyman Baker, or equivalent, who will evaluate their performance, and they will be required to complete a journal and a comprehensive report throughout the eight weeks.
