HDMC 222 - Mechanical Skills

Description
Students receive an introduction to safety legislation and industry policy in trades, climbing, lifting, rigging and hoisting procedures, hazardous materials and fire protection, materials and fastening devices, tools and equipment, interprovincial standards red seal program, Alberta’s industry network, workplace coaching skills and maintenance programs. Practical application of the course includes the reinforcement the theoretical concepts discussed above.
