HOTL 250 - Hotel Operations and Practicum
Description This course is an applied lab that will introduce you to various areas of hotel operations in guest relations, operations and food and beverage (F&B). This practicum consists of an orientation, and a rotation practicum working with a SAIT hotel industry partner. With practical experience in each division of the organization, you will learn how each department in hotel management impacts overall operations.
