MOTR 263 - Two Stroke Top End

Description
In this course, you will focus on the top end teardown and inspection of two-stroke motorcycle engines, as well as their reconditioning and assembly. You will diagnose problems and inspect the crankshaft, connecting rod, cylinder reed valve assembly and exhaust power valve assemblies. You will also recondition cylinder surfaces and test rebuilt two-stroke engines. The important principles you learn in class will be reinforced in a range of hands-on shop activities.
