FTNS 300 - Functional Movement and Mobility

Description
In this course students will look at the theory behind functional movement and apply the concepts across a variety of age spans. The impact of lifespan on mobility and functional movement will be examined. Students will examine long term athletic development and concepts of physical literacy.
