ENTI 4000 - Innovation Management Description Building on the Design Thinking and Innovation course, in this workshop-driven course, students will examine the definition and importance of innovation in organizations. They will identify and evaluate potential sources of new ideas, and learn how to prioritize and select innovation projects based on their potential value and feasibility. Students will also be introduced to innovation management frameworks and learn how to both recognize and manage common barriers to innovation. The course will explore the tools and techniques for managing innovation projects, and examine the role of leadership and organizational culture in fostering innovation. Additionally, students will learn how to manage a diverse portfolio of innovation initiatives.
