CMPN 337 - Distributed Control Systems I

Description
This course will prepare the student for hardware and software configuration of an ABB 800xA Control System. This course is a hands on course that will introduce some of the communication techniques used in industry. Concepts from new technology and existing technology will be discussed. The student will have the opportunity to analyze and demonstrate, using ABB/800xA DCS architecture, module types and application software.
