SELL 315 - Automotive Business and Sales Management Description Automotive Business and Sales Management provides an overview of the variable sales departments, also known as the new and used vehicle sales department. The operational goals of each of these departments are reviewed as well as the people, processes and products. Daily tasks that promote a profitable sales department and the impact of customer service are also discussed.
