NUTR 230 - Nutrition

Description
This course covers the six essential nutrients found in foods, the anatomy of the digestive tract, factors that impact food choices, and will examine the relationship between nutrition and oral health. This course also discusses the promotion of nutrition as related to oral health, in community settings and among individuals.
