BFIN 4030 - Advanced Finance II


Description
This advanced course provides an in-depth knowledge of key financial strategies using relevant software. Through case studies and with an emphasis on collection and analysis of client’s data, you will explore the entire financial planning process and learn to develop a proper financial strategy. This involves identifying the client’s financial goals and constraints to develop their financial plan; analyzing legal considerations related to property ownership; and assessing benefits and drawbacks of various financial vehicles such as estates, trusts and small businesses. Topics such as asset allocation and estimated retirement income sources will also be explored.
