TSAL 251 - The Profession of Selling

Description
At every level of the travel and tourism industry, sales drive the consumer to buy the product, service or idea. This course will provide hands-on and interactive learning opportunities to develop appropriate sales techniques in a variety of settings. There will be a strong emphasis on professionalism, relationship selling skills, and the sales process.
