ECON 302 - Economics Description This course introduces the operation of the Canadian economy. Topics include the role of government, spending and taxation, measuring economic performance, and government fiscal and monetary policy. Students will use economic principles to analyze problems in the Canadian economy. Topics to be covered include economic scarcity, demand, supply, elasticity, and perfect/imperfect competition.
