SCMT 300 - Operations Planning and Scheduling Description This course examines the integration of all critical business processes from planning to short term scheduling. The design and management of products, processes, services and supply chains is accomplished by an organization’s operations management function. Topics covered include: operations planning and productivity, capacity and strategy design, process and product designs using industry standards, facility layout and location models, job and staff scheduling, and queuing theory.
