MNGT 4020 - Project Management II


Description
This course integrates the prior work on effective business communication and project risk developing the student’s project management skills through the application of advanced concepts in technology based facilitation for project monitoring and control. A key competency of successful project management is the management of stakeholder expectations through effective communication. Similarly, project management tools are giving project managers the ability to determine and avoid or prepare for key point risk factors in managing projects, enhancing the potential for a successful project outcome.
