FTNS 203 - Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology


Description
This course is an introduction to biomechanics and physiology as it applies to exercise. Students will explore how the body produces motion using kinematics and kinetics. Students will examine the impact of environment, age, and biological sex on exercise performance, as well as acute and chronic adaptations of various physiological systems in response to exercise.
