HLTH 303 - Practical Application of Mindfulness


Description
In this course students will explore the theory and application of mindfulness in fitness and wellness. Students will explore mindfulness in yoga and other activities. Students will further discover the concepts of resilience and stress management through the lens of mindfulness.
