MRAD 210 - Patient Care
Description
This course explores patient-centered care skills, including the safe transfer of patients, administering medication, and proper use of medical accessory equipment. Identifying and responding to medical emergencies, measuring vital signs, and protecting oneself and patients from disease transmission is discussed. The coordination of care and the importance of compassionate communication between healthcare providers and patients will also be covered.
