HRMT 4015 - Strategic Human Resources Management


Description
This course examines the application of HR concepts in a strategic HR management context. Through the use of case studies, you will learn how HR contributes to the success of an organization by exploring topics that include forecasting, succession management, change management, outsourcing and workforce analytics. Completion of this course gives you the tools to successfully work with organizations as they align their people strategy with evolving business strategies.
