In this course you will explore communication and self-awareness through the lens of the Canadian hospitality industry. Course material will cover applying elements of organizational culture and comparing the expectations of a Canadian hospitality service culture to international norms. You will also focus on self-awareness as you examine the broader concepts of diversity and inclusion, health and wellness.
