MKTG 405 - Hospitality Sales and Guest Experience Description In this marketing course, you will learn how to attract guests to your hotel, restaurant or hospitality business. You will apply branding specifics including how brand promise and establishing a self-brand can impact guest experience. You will also explore the best use and involvement of tourism sales stakeholders, including destination marketing organizations, receptive tour operators, and other agents who provide information to leisure travellers.
