FNCE 402 - Financial and Operational Management in Hospitality and Tourism


Description
In this course you will apply budgeting concepts to a hospitality or tourism setting which will include cost calculations and creating top-line revenues. You will learn about revenue management, operations, profit, and loss. A focus on financial fundamentals is designed to help you understand how you can use data based on varying scenarios facing the hospitality industry. This grounding will provide you with the tools to critically analyze financial data, how to apply that knowledge, and propose relevant solutions in a constantly evolving environment.
